Rick Parfitt in a City shirt

Cockernee ... so you can guess his choice. And don't forget that god awful record.

I'd seen Quo 5 times before that abomination. They never had a penny of my money, since. They even played a hall less than 2 miles from my front door.

I've burned my bridges
Belouis Some were shite, Big Country did not play, just Quo. Queen were amazing. Swales missed a trick not doing a decent bootleg, he could have made a fortune had he sneaked in some half decent video cameras!
Quite right
No Big Country that night.
We were sat 4 rows behind Swales' comedy syrup, and I got a wave off Freddie. A night to remember.

He must have been living on an island!
I never heard that song up until about 10 years ago and when it came on the radio in the car I was like WTF! Where have you been all my life. What a great song with very poignant lyrics. First 10 seconds is identical to That's entertainment by the Jam. Now The Jam tune was 1980 and The Quo was 79, so did the Jam have the Quo over, or was thats entertainment out there to be had before 79 ? ? ? I was 6 at the time so obviously can't remember.

The Quo wrote some brilliant tunes in the 70s
