Latest report now saying £4m with add-ons. Personally I think he'd be a decent enough signing. 60 goals in his last 3 seasons I think it was, can't complain. Good 3rd choice striker. An English Dzeko.

Not in Dzeko's class as a finisher but a very decent third striker.

I can believe the idea of a Porto type deal with regards to Lallana and Lambert to Liverpool.

Bournemouth will get a good chunk of any Lallana deal.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Liverpool go back and pick apart Southampton again, this summer doesn't look too good for Saints fans.

Yeah, I'm with you on this one. £4m for a back-up striker with a goal scoring record seems like sensible (maybe not exciting) business. How Lukaku entered into the comparison is beyond me.

Not sure it's the best move for Rickie, but if you knew this was your international swan song, had one last chance to play for your childhood club, and could earn a few pounds for you and your family before retiring, maybe it's not a huge hit to play second fiddle.

I thought Liverpool were paying 9 million for Lambert . If they are only paying 4 million its not bad value .
