I think this is one of the deals that is easier to get completed in January. Why on earth would Forrest want to sell, they incredibly have a better chance of top 4 than us!

It would be ill advised to have more so-called "potential", developmental/project players in our first team, though.

Would agree. If I was making the decisions at Forest would think they have a great shot at top 5 assuming an extra CL place. Would not put that at risk selling any player who is currently performing well given maybe a £60m - £100m windfall from CL.

He’d walk here if we wanted him, regardless of whether he is going to sign a new deal or not.

28 isn’t old but I still think we need someone younger. I’d take a player in the peak for the midfield but we need to bring the age of the squad down

Kabore won't play because he then can't be loaned out again. He'll just be moved to another team with a option that we hope they take.

Strange stats for that lad, only two appearances all season both in the champions league, then he finally makes a league appearance and straight away we recall him.
Like you say he if he plays for us then he can't go to another team, just seems weird he finally gets a game for them and we ask for him back

ignore the wording in the twitter posts. Benfica sent him back.
