Spanish and Portuguese contacts within City mean we have a special interest in these leagues as we know.

Oscar Mingueza is an ex Barca defender who moved on due to lack of opportunities and has recently been called up to the national team, so that ticks a few boxes for us I would imagine. Quaresma is a highly rated Sporting centre back who has also played at both full back positions. I am sure they're on our list, especially for their versatility, but no idea where abouts.

Eduardo Quaresma, Ricardo is a 41 year old playing in Turkey.

Maybe sniff around Chelsea academy and see if they have any good young fullbacks then snatch them. Some of their talents rececntly - Reece James, Livramento and Lewis Hall, all good.

Agree. He’s great, young, homegrown, covers both sides.

But don’t think anyone is getting players out of Newcastle anytime soon if they don’t need the money for ffp. A player is going to have to demand out and a good transfer fee as well. Sounds and looks like a great club to be at.

It ends by pacy. He needs to be able to play different positions. We not looking for pacy physical players.
