Want Livramento but think it will be Wesley.
95% there?! He was terrible against Wolves towards the end of the season - gave the ball away continuously and couldn't make a tackle. For me Pep may as well finish what he has started.
Nunes is 95% there as a full back after some considerable coaching. He has the tools. Just needs to realise a mistake in that position can be fatal as opposed to further up field.
I was his biggest critic and wanted him gone. But he has clearly worked hard to improve in that position and says a lot about his character.
Cut them brain farts out and he could be a very accomplished RB. I’d have Kush as back up for RB and right CB.
I actually think this could be great. Livramento is clearly a great player that could really develop and has prem experience but part of me really think Wesley could be a signing that really works out and is here for years.Want Livramento but think it will be Wesley.
"we need"95% there?! He was terrible against Wolves towards the end of the season - gave the ball away continuously and couldn't make a tackle.
The guy is so far away from what we need in a full back
I can guarantee Pep doesn't want Nunes at FB - hence us being linked with about 3 other options."we need"
Its what Pep wants.
The way people some act about Nunes its as if hes the only player that makes mistakes. We can find hours worth of clips of Walker if we want, would I swap him for any other RB during his several years of dominance here, no.
You were getting him mixed up with Nico O’Reilly95% there?! He was terrible against Wolves towards the end of the season - gave the ball away continuously and couldn't make a tackle.
The guy is so far away from what we need in a full back
Actually that's what made me notice - O'Reilly gave the ball away twice and Pep dragged him off. Nunes gave the ball away continuously and stayed on. His Pass Accuracy was 87% for that game - lower than OR'sYou were getting him mixed up with Nico O’Reilly
Yes, because Pep control what the media bollocks is making up.I can guarantee Pep doesn't want Nunes at FB - hence us being linked with about 3 other options.
Just so I'm clear, you don't think we're interested in a RB this summer?Yes, because Pep control what the media bollocks is making up.
I think it speaks volumes the players we have already signed. LB, CM and forward. Positions we desperately need.
Livramento may well be on the board as a target but by all account, not a single other credible link to any other RB in the past several weeks.
I am sure the club are interested in all positions if they can improve on them.Just so I'm clear, you don't think we're interested in a RB this summer?
Livramento is infinitely better than Nunes, who is not and never will be a fullback IMO. Decent enough squad player, as an 8 or a 10, coming on late in the game, to allow the big hitters some rest. Then the inevitable mistake that he always has in him it seems, shouldn't hurt us as much as they have in the past.I am sure the club are interested in all positions if they can improve on them.
Is Livramento better than Nunes, probably. I don't see many other options and neither do the club it looks like which is why we have focused on areas we can improve and on players we can bring in.
Picking up?.....they never started, unless your refering to Richards30, and his love ins! From all the options presented I would say vanderson is the one I like the most but doesn't look like the links to him are picking up
Lets launch!!!
Hopefully it will be Wesley then....he's probably better ;)Want Livramento but think it will be Wesley.
Vanderson? Wesley isn’t that good or proven to be celebrated like that. Maybe push for Aina.Well he's not needy!
He’s a complete fraud and fantasistWell he's not needy!
