We blew £100 million on Jack, but won't even try for Hakimi. A £100 million offer would get the ball rolling with PSG. The fact that we haven't tried for Davies, Balde, Kerkez, or Frimpong this summer means it's top 4 again next season.
100 won’t get the ball moving for hakimi.. he is playing in the best team in the world right now. He won’t want to move and neither will psg let him go. Not sure we’ve signed a natural left back. We’ve got a brilliant footballer who’ll give us lots going forwards but that lad won’t improve us against the counter. So many teams now in the league that have pace to burn on the counter. A really good defensive right back with pace is still pretty essential i think.The issue is that there are no top right-backs available this summer. Whereas, next year there will be. This summer the priority has been rebuilding the midfield and finally getting a natural left-back

if we could make room for him,i really liked that right back for palace, admittedly ive not seen a lot of the lad, don't even know his name, but he was aggressive, quick got forward well ,reminded me a little bit like zabba
Munoz is fantastic.
He'd certainly be an upgrade on our current right-back options. Same age as Dumfries though, and would take up another foreign spot in the squad, so can't see him fitting our profile.Munoz is fantastic.

He is really good, but very much a wing-back and I think 29, so might not be the one.

Which right backs aill be available next summer that arent available this summer?
this was a fallow year for right-backs, highly likely that at least a couple young players in that position emerge this season or that bigger names get one year closer to the ends of their contract and thus become more gettable

I love the kid and his raw pace is the essential thing we need.
He's not technical, but neither was Walker. A full-back needs to be aggressive and quick, he has both.
