She is an intersex athlete, basically she is female but due to a genetic deformity she produces testosterone and her body has the ability to use it. It goes to show the advantages that testosterone gives to an athlete (most likely the only gold medal winner not on drugs)

All women produce testosterone just in smaller quantities, do they not? In my opinion this is not cheating at all. Many sports have been soured by drug cheating. I think the true extent of the problem is much larger than most sports fans would like to admit.Olympics has sadly been soured by the drug cheating.
