Obviously it is time to reinstall National Service. ZERO benefits for anyone aged 16 or older unless enrolled in full time school or until they have completed two years of National Service. We will soon separate the girls from the boys (and my apologies to the women on this Forum!). Some of these teens will soon find out what a smart mouth and bad attitude will get you in a green uniform.

Also, ANYONE who can be tracked down through the camera footage should be dealt with particularly harshly as a deterrent to the rest of the ASBO crowd.

As if we did not already know, it makes you wonder for the future of the country when you see 11 year olds being arrested for rioting!!

Do insurance companies pay out for things like this ? Would be a real kick in the teeth if they didn't. In the current financial climate I bet there's a fair few who haven't kept up on their payments, poor fuckers.

The taxpayer will be footing the bill for all of it.

Poor communities will have a lower rate of domestic insurance cover.

For commercial they may pay out for bricks and motor but loss of earnings is less probable... be a few folk made jobless because of this lot.
