Really sad. Vialli was a top player and by all accounts a really good guy. One of my favourites from the old days of Italian football on Sunday TV.

It speaks volumes for a man's character when millions of people all over the world, who never met the man, show such an outpouring of grief when his death is announced.

We lose three genuinely likeable football legends within a week or so of one another, Luca, Pele and George Cohen a few weeks back...all three of them, gave more than they ever got from the sport.
