RIP Ken Dodd

Ahh damn, he was one of the heroes you could meet and not be disappointed as a kid. For many it is simply an act, this chap had a smile and love for everyone, one of the real gentlemen in the world.

Just heard, sad news.I heard that he holds the record for non stop gag telling, and I met him at a record shop when he was promoting one of his hits.
Very nice, funny bloke.
 
I think he said after his trial for tax evasion that George Carmen, his brilliant lawyer's next job was getting Stevie Wonder a driving license.

Sir Ken Dodd, creator of the Diddy Men and one of the most popular comedians of his time, has died aged 90.

The Liverpool legend had recently been released from hospital after six weeks of treatment for a chest infection.
