Its rapidly becoming decision time for Sunak - stand by your beds folks - they'd surely have to call a GE

Yup.Listening to PMQ's and Sunak is just phoning it in - there is barely any fire in the belly in his responses - he knows he just hast to outlast Truss to avoid record books
Hoyle's had a word - he had to call him "the member for Islington North"Yup.
....and here's the Corbyn mention.
With the hilarious implication that anyone at all - never mind corbyn- could have been worse and more damaging than truss,Yup.

To be fair, he had to.For an intelligent guy, he has made some stupid decisions.
After everything his party has done over the past few years, he should have been trying to keep things as quiet as possible for the next 2 years in the hope people forget how bad they were and they save a few seats.
Instead he brings in a home secretary who was sacked a week earlier and appoints an education secretary who he knew was involved in an ongoing complaint.
To be fair, he had to.
On the face of it, it looks a bad decision, but it was clever politics. Bringing Braverman back got him the support of the ERG and avoided a vote being put to the tory membership: Sunak vs. Boris (which Boris would have won on race grounds, sadly).
He will probably do a re-shuffle in six months and she will be gone having not achieved anything meaningful especially on migration, because you can't due to the international laws and treaties we have signed up to.
I agree about Williamson though, that was stupid. Probably the worst education secretary we have ever had and that is saying something considering Michael Gove also did the job!
Starmer rarely bothers dignifying nonsense and lies with a response.
But the Corbyn nonsense is an attack on him for supporting Corbyn in 2019. What is his purpose in letting the lie stand? Not when it serves his purpose to let the lie stand.
