Hope he takes this confidence into next season, he’s a hell of a player when he’s at it. Just a quick glance at his season back at Leicester reminds you what the boy can do. Hoping for a Bernardo style impact in his 2nd season..

I always thought when we have free kicks in shooting distance when Mahrez is on the field why doesnt he take them his ratio of taking these to scoring is far superior and % wise better than anyone in our squad.

Cracking goal to end the season, and I don't think it was a coincidence he was in a more central position when it was scored. Never looks as happy playing really wide as raz or sane. Hope it really clicks for him this season as he's obviously talented and works hard too.

We need to get his left foot in shooting positions more centrally at the edge of the box.

I noticed that a Nigerian lays down behind the wall to block a potential low shot as the wall jumps. I don't think I've ever seen that before, is it common?
