John Percy of the Telegraph knows his onions on us, and he's saying it would have to be north of £90m for us to consider it at this stage.

Exactly. What happens when Sane is fit? We're going to have a €60m reserve to go with B Silva.

People won't like to admit it but it means fuck all to have world class training and academy set ups if we can't bring a player into the first team. Sancho left for this reason and is starting for Dortmund. Foden will not be short of offers and don't blame the lad if he goes.

David Silva is 32 now and we can't keep playing Kevin De Bruyne two or even three times a week. Bernardo has an opportunity to stake a place in a more central role in coming seasons.

We can't ask anyone to play 60 games a season, it's just too much and someone or other is usually injured. I think we can squeeze him in. Plus trhis is a step up for him, i don't think he will expect to play week in week out like Sanchez would want to. I think he'd accept his role in a rotation set up and be grateful that he's finally gotten an opportunity to make that step up.

Why would Delph want to go to Leicester?
‘You say I can leave a team where I have been integral cog in a potentially quadruple winning season for a team where I will be an integral cog in competing for the coveted “stay up until next year when we’ll try it again” trophy? Where do I sign!?’

Can't see this happening, they have no time to find a replacement. Unless City were working on this in secret with Leicester for a while... but I cannot imagine this either.

If we get him I hope he takes better penalties for us than he has against us :)
