I could imagine that being the case but then there would be a little bit of room for negotiation, & if he was to hand in an official transfer request, it would be the equivalent of City bidding 20 mil more, so 60 mil might do it.

That's the only way I could see it happening.

This may or may not happen who knows , but there is definitely enough time. Deals have come from nowhere teatime deadline day and been done, subject to a medical, so time isn't a problem especially when it's only Leicester.
