Perhaps, but I believe it's accurate. No disrespect intended to Díaz but with three minutes of Premier League football under his belt I have no idea why Leicester would view him as viable.
I am not sure they would either but, playing devil’s advocate, it might just be that they want to make up the loss in quality with numbers (of potentially decent players) given the short time to find a replacement, hope\ing that one will turn out to be sufficient.

I don’t think City would entertain this, even if they did want it, though, for reasons stated earlier.
 
This kind of transfer for it to work both sides have to look disinterested, until the other blinks, maybe they will maybe they won't my money is on no deal and it's something we might revisit in the summer.
 
Leicester propaganda planting the seed that Mahrez has a bad attitude and isn't being respectful... clever PR to soften the blow of him leaving alongside a large transfer fee?
We thought this was the case with Sanchez, don’t get your hopes up yet!
