Out of interest and a question to those who understand these things but it seems to me could he not act as a striker in the Aguero role? I only thing back to Henry for the Gooners he was a winger and didnt do too badly as a striker.

I don't think Mahrez would struggle anywhere in the final third in any position.

Pretty sure he could play 9, 10, left, middle and right. You just have to look at how pep plays sterling. With Mahrez's technique, elusiveness and vision I don't think he's going to struggle.

Absolutely, although he plays on the right wing for Leicester he gets a lot of assists from very deep balls over the top to Vardy, plus got a gorgeous assist at the weekend from the left hand side (albeit a free kick) so I don't think anyone can really doubt his versatility. Think he will be unreal for us.

I think Mahrez would fit us perfectly. He’s rapid on the ball, technically excellent and seems clinical in front of goal which would really help us. Teams are going to be even more negative against us next year and he really gives us another great attacking option.

Quality player with an eye for goal, added competition for Raz which would allow Bernado to play more centrally if needed

In our team Mahrez could be as good as Salah. His talent is ridiculous he’s gonna be incredible if he signs for us.

He is not as fast, nor as instinctive. Sterling could be our Salah. Mahrez is talented. Bur the ceiling is what you already see.
