Bernardo can play both winger and midfielder evidently. PSG also bid the other day.

Agreed, but my point is what is "market price"? They may be offering 30m but we may deem his quality and importance to us as more than that. Especially considering what it may cost to replace the goals/assists/experience he'd take with him.

Last season he did have a “lesser” role and his age does factor. 30-40 is fair

I’m terms of a winger no. If you go back to my comment from 21st June you will see I mentioned Wirtz. Most of the names seem to be 10s who can play out wide.

Also Writz could potentially be the Bernardo replacement if Bernardo is to leave. All I know is he is highly rated within the club, and the feeling is the club will move for him.
