Robben

Makes you wonder why Bayern bothered with him really when you look at those convincing statistics. And of course statistics never give a false impression.

Really they should never have signed him. So few appearences & clearly a waste of their money. Deluded Germans.

Imagine if he signed for us & was such a failure in his time at City.

Pmsl.

No not now the injuries will catch up with him soon and his legs will go and for 24m no fucking chance . This is what's wrong with our transfer policy to short term and panic driven since the 2 Spaniards came in

I couldn't think of a worse signing. We shouldn't even be considering anyone at his age, we're building for the future these days, not instant success (which with his injury record is no guarantee anyway).

Or why not lets have him and then also get a younger alternative e.g. KDB so that each of them would have decent game time and when Robben is not around we won't miss him so much and since we're loosing at least one AM this summer, I think the idea of Robben to City makes sense. Plus we'd use him sparingly (for example if we are two goals up on 60 mins, KDB comes in). Lets not pass up the opportunity to sign true quality. We are building for the future alright but if we don't win trophies now, we might not have enough drawing power to get the best young talent that would propel us to that future we desire.
