Nowhere near yet, IMO. He needs to bulk out and show more stopping power.

Lescott isn't pretty and always has a 'uh-oh' moment in him, but he is a serious weapon against the long ball and physical stuff that still dominates the prem.

Yet in each and every game he's played, he's put in an excellent performance. Personally, I'd begin to start him against weaker opposition in the Premier League now to get him up to pace with a view to getting him into our first choice starting eleven.

I'll agree he might need to bulk up a little more, but he's certainly no push over at the moment.
