I still think The Banshees are one of the best uk bands of all time,and that era in particular ,Siouxsie was groundbreaking...tracks like Make up or Break Up ,Scrapheap,and the later absolutely storming version of Helter Skelter...Wow,just Wow.

He’s still a brilliant musician and writer.This is hilarious, and I understand the British disdain for peppy, over-enthusiastic American behavio(u)r. The Cure were a kick, and please note Robert Smith was a very early contributor to South Park, an additional plus.
However, I'd also like to point out that a 60 year-old man still wears lipstick and the same hairstyle he did 35 years ago. Iconic or not, it's still a bad look.
