Was always going to get stupid, the dale fans I know have a soft spot for City and a hatred for United. They could have at least refused the TV money or given it to charity but they didn't did they. They made a token "or we don't no if we should" then snapped their hands of. It's got absolutely nothing to do with being a non league side either. I go to watch alot of non league football and have a throughly good time. It's about people strutting around with an air of superiority when at the end of the day they're the same as everyone else, it all boils down to money.
What have they done with the Money? Worse still would be them getting us at CoMS, an absolutely no win situation for City. They'd want (and probably get) the full allocation for an FA Cup tie, so 6000, they'd even have plastic FCUM buying them (not sure what a plastic FCUM fan would be like), and it would bring the worst of the rag idiots out in force. There'd be mither inside and out, and even if we beat them 25-0 (which you just know we wouldn't), we'd have the piss taken big time.
Lets hope they get a f**king hammering in round 2.
