Alot will depend on stones, I think he has it in him to fill that role but questions remains whether he can stay injury free for the rest of the season

Think we need to seriously consider stones as an option there. Kovacic can play some games but surely stones and an inverted Rico can combined be effective.

We tried Stones v Villa last season and it was a disaster

we played 6 defenders that day and were unbalanced, was stones playing rodris role or was it Rico or Akanji? As it was hard to tell.

and we lost 0-1, we were poor but it wasn't a disaster
