it will be some tactical tweak for sure.

defending counters, sussing out danger, interceptions well that scares me a bit as that is big part of what Rodri was doing often went unnoticed but we will notice when he is not doing it game in game out. we just need to be more careful with possession even more now than before.

the answer wont be as simple as Gundo or Kova or Stones in 6 and otherwise play the same. we rarely play the same in two consecutive season anyway...

Kovacic will play the majority of games there. The one big worry I have without Rodri is a lack of physicality and athleticism in midfield. We'll be fine 80% of the time but in the big games I fear we may be a bit even more susceptible against the counter attack

I always thought Bernardo would do a great job there. He has tremendous energy, has a great engine, has a good footballing brain, can pick out a pass and has a tremendous passing range but what the hell do I know…
