Rodri - The 2024 Ballon d'Or Winner! (Pg 131)

Vinicius had a great year, but Rodri has been a top 3 player for the last 3 years and vital for both national team and his club.

I think if you make a team from zero, every manager's first choice would be Rodri by far. He just changes the team offensively and defensively in a massive way. When I ask myself which player would improve the most a relegation team, a top 6 contender or a league/UCL contender, I think the answer for all three is Rodri. Someone who is equally good in the big and small matches. And that is what being the best in the world means.

You can tell its media voted and influenced as the goal posts for winning move every year.

2023 - win a national tournament, but do feck all in the League. CL winners and top goal scorer= second.

2024 - arrogant player who scored goals and won CL, wins.

National trophy winner and player wins toughest league on the planet
Have I missed it? I have the french channel on and can't understand a word.
Sounds like a lot of whining though. Then again.....
What French channel is it on please? I'll do a little 'sailing' later if necessary....

Deleted it now - dont trust twitter one bit.

Come on rodders

This list is a total fun stuff. Go deep down twitter and you will find out that the journalist that leaked the list - he is a French guy btw gave a disclaimer that this list would be correct with the only difference would be Rodri winning it and Vinicius coming 2nd.

Please don’t come at me guys but that’s what is happening in twitter-verse.

He's average and yet he was their country's best player at the Euros as well as being their most important player. Knobs.
Haha, you know what’s funny? When they say, “Well, then Carvajal should get it instead.” Seriously, how ridiculous is that? Can you believe it?
