I agree with Marmoush but not Doku. Guys a take on merchant, all he does is stutter step, this is his 3rd season here and he's exactly the same player we signed from Rennes he's shown zero growth or change. He's the belgian Adama Traore.

This one is dead. Therefore if, as has been widely suggested, we only had eyes for Rodrygo were Savinho to leave, the chances of Savinho leaving have reduced significantly.

I don't rate Rodrygo. if Spurs sign Savinho I will not feel strongly about it as I think there's a fair chance that Savinho will develop into a very good player but I think he's behind 2-3 players at City.

Always best to use one match to take all your lessons from. Think I'll givie it until at least November when all the new players haved trained and played together when those connections with Reijnders and Ait Nouri who went off injured are better established a bit myself.

In the last two summers, we prioritised Savinho and Doku over players such as Bowen and Williams. Whether that was correct is arguably still too early to say. I’d prefer to give both another season and hope for improvement.

Yes this isn't happening for sure. No point in selling Savio without a top replacement.

Don’t disagree and to be honest I’d be sorry to see Savinho leave as I do think he has a high ceiling, and his performances in the CWC - although a small sample- suggested that he’s adding some end product to his play.

I suppose it all depends on how determined he is to leave. If he wants out and has a club offering big money for him then it will be hard to keep him.
