Mate I know you aren’t keen on Kane and would prefer lukaku but you can’t get a much more obvious indication that lukaku wants to stay then to read those quotes. He isn’t going anywhere

We are never going to agree on Lukaku, Gus. No question he has matured and knuckled down at Inter but I still don’t see him as a good fit for City at all and I very much doubt the club do either

Yes, we aren’t going to agree on Lukaku. His pressing, work rate and pace is completely underrated here and he would be the right dynamic possibility for Pep to expand our setups. Besides that, Lukaku is a killer and likes the bit stage. Kane many times isn’t and doesn’t. So let’s agree to disagree. Cheers

I know what you are saying mate but do you not think any interested clubs would have already sounded him out prior to the euros? Most clubs have a good idea of who are they are targeting well before the summer window opens.

When lukaku made those quotes I would wager he already had contact from both Chelsea and city and knows exactly what both clubs would offer
