You would have to be blind not to see that Lukaku has improved significantly and would get even better in a City team. He also likes playing alongside Kev. I think he would score a huge number of goals playing for us and would cost a lot less than Kane.

Maybe so but his first touch during his time in the Prem was nothing short of dire. And that`s the truth of it.
