The signing would be commercially huge, but he's too much of a united fan boy. One phone call from his adopted dad Fergie and he'd stop all chances of Ronaldo playing for us. He'll go to Chelsea or a PSG, maybe even America

Shocking people think this wouldn't elevate them... he's been europes greatest goal scorer for nigh on 8/9 years, and he's suddenly on the decline...

He's still got that fire in his belly to be the best and compete with Messi, I don't see any other team that could allow him to do that. Obviously it would be a disaster if he went to the rags, but his history with Mourinho might prohibit such a move. I still wouldn't bet on them winning the title if he did go there though.
