Nope. Quite the opposite. They'll want to show everyone that the 'sanctions' (they aren't sanctions in the sense we know the word) don't mean anything.

Surely its too late now to settle the tax bill? Especially if its broke in the media that Ronaldo wants to leave. Agree that he'll always want to compete, he can still do that at a premier league or top European team.

Might stick a fiver on Ronaldo to Chelsea with going Hazard the other way.
