We apparently have an agreement to take the former FIFA World Player of the Year to Manchester for a fee that could eventually reach 125 million pounds. Despite other reports, the club in white still has some say in his transfer and insists on a structured fee based on appearances and honours won, in addition to a very large initial payment. Personal terms have been agreed, despite protracted negotiations regarding dietary restrictions.

The only thing standing in the way of the deal is his medical as City's training staff believe he may have put on some weight in the last few months. My sources tell me he has grown tired of playing "crippled and slow" opposition within his current situation and wants to "experience a new challenge."

This is about as funny as the holocaust.

Horrible, horrible comment. But I will assume you didn't meant it in a literal sense (because it would be inhuman if you did).

No sense of humour, then? The whole Transfer forum is filled with nonsense and all of you chose to chastise the post meant to be just that. Interesting.

-- Mon May 21, 2012 6:41 pm --

Iz Important

That's the spirit!

Far too many people taking these transfer stories seriously, so I thought I would bring in some obvious nonsense to remind everyone what it looks like.

All will be well, I promise. We are still champions lads, so have some fun!

Is this for real?? It looks impossible but I think deep down Mansour really wants to sign either Messi or Ronaldo.

Ronaldo admitted last year we got in contact with him but he was happy at Madrid.

It's meant as a joke to take some tension out of the mad-Trasnfer forum. I wrote it tongue-in-cheek about Big Ronny, as another poster said.

For the record, I think Cristiano Ronaldo would be the More likely of the two to move, though. I just cannot see Messi leaving Barça. Who knows, though, I could be proven wrong.

Is this you Jason? FFS stop trying out material on BM, there are enough comedians on here as it is.

Are you talking to me? I wouldn't call myself a comedian... More a humourist. ;-)

Of course. I thought of being a clown but after watching Sky Sports I realized that market was already well-saturated.
