Buy Dzeko, he will score as many and play a role we are currently lacking. We need to build our own image and players such as Balotelli, Silva, Boateng, Kolarov, and Dzeko can be part of that.
And no, Dzeko isn't locked on to Juve, his agent refuted that. If we outbid Juve, we can still buy him.

ok, ok, if he came I think the following rules must be set out that he's contractually obliged to follow:
a) he follows a strict dieting regime administered by the club and gives up the drinking(at least to a moderate level) and smoking.
b) he remains completely and utterly faithful to his wife and child, no more of his antics WHATSOEVER.
c) he stops his nasty antics on the pitch towards refs and other players and sets a good example.
d) he sings the national anthem(ok pushing it a bit but yeah he should do).
e) he plays like Tevez ;).
f) he comes out and publically admits he never liked the rags and only went to them because they were a successful club and he wanted the money and to win trophies.
g) he beats the shit out of fergie and Ratface in his first City derby.
Then I might, just might consider accepting him.

I have not read too much on all this today but i have seen many sensationalist headlines like 'Rooney is desperate to leave United' and 'Rooney would join city' etc but as there actually been ANY quotes from Rooney or Manu, Ferguson etc?.
Also i just read a few pages of this thread and i like how Rooney has gone from a 'fat, overrated granny shagging Shrek' to worldclass in the space of a few hours (or since that link with City), some of you make me laugh sometimes.
