Been told second hand via a friend of Rooneys that he's gone to Chelsea, the details are still to be agreed but it's the only option for him as he want's to stay in England but wants out of the area

They wont get him for that, but it will be a bargain buy.
Seen some comment that Utd would be more comfortable selling to Arsenal who they don't see as a direct rival, and Wenger insists they can afford the deal. Player thought to favour CFC etc etc. I wonder what's conjecture, and what's real

Maybe if they signed Gareth Bale.But they won't. They'll sign Fellani and Baines and it will be a down grade.
