Rooney is absolute world class and would be fantastic playing in the hole behind Kun. But the thing is so is Tevez who also is an absolute world class player.
Wayne would not be an automatic starter. (Until Carlitos goes on strike again that is.)

Do it on the World stage then you could possibly call him World Class. For England i dont think he has scored in open play against one of the top teams and for Man Ure, Yes he scores well in the Premier league but what about the top teams in Europe

I think you'll find he scored from open play in the C/L final against Barca, I don't think he's world class though but I think he could be if he came to us, with our back room staff and facilities he would rediscover his talent, I'd take him in a heart beat.
