If I'm Rooney I'd be doing everything in my power to force a move barring handing in an official transfer request
He already is.

He said they lack ambition even now. He's not comfortable with Moyes despite what Moyes says and wants a move. If he hands in request he loses over 5m apparently.

Cant see £5m being much to worry about for the lad to be fair Nipston.

He won't lose it out of principle. Why should he? He's been a good player for them and is technically in the right. Ferguson made him promises that they'd invest and build around him and they bought Ashley fucking Young. The season after they replaced Rooney with RVP and Kagawa. It was for the best for United but not with the agreement Ferguson made to Rooney.

Rooney scores 20+ league goals and then gets demoted to Scholes role. Biggest game of the season and he's dropped. Rooney wants every penny. He's got ons foot out the door, Ferguson knew it so hung him out to dry. Jose's recent comments are worth noting. Ball is in United's court now. Just enough to get them Lewandoski from BVBx it's up to them to bring him in.

Re: Rooney

The ridiculousness on Ragcafe is out of this world. Some rag **** said this of Rooney's current behaviour:

Sure, by all means. The problem is that none of this amounts to extraordinarily cuntish behaviour in the modern game. As I've said before, even if it turns out he has been weighing up his options, considering leaving, all this - well, it's something many players have done before and many will after him. He isn't emotionally attached to Manchester United like a man to his wife. He's a professional footballer. Considering leaving, then deciding to stay doesn't constitute some kind of unacceptable treason. It's being blown out of proportion, this thing.

And 'Chester le Street' replied:

The rest of the team don't act nearly as cuntish as Rooney, though. Unfortunately for him, that makes him stand out like a sore thumb. Had he been a City or Real player, then his behavior might not have been considered a big deal. But he's not.

Absolute cunts the fucking lot of them.

Agreed, I wouldn't wanna lose out on the £5m either. He's done everything asked of him and now wants a move and the club are trying to play hardball. United are in quite a spot if they grant it to him though. Don't see lewi going there even if Wayne leaves

Need to lock this thread. 50+ pages on this guy is embarrassing.

So embarrassing you firstly came in for a look and secondly decided to add to it?

-- Fri Jul 12, 2013 10:03 pm --

Nah chaps, if he really wants to move he wont let £5m get in the way of that. The kid has more money than he could ever spend.

Re: Rooney

I saw the footage after he landed. Didn't say a word, and no sign of a limp.

I sincerely hope he's not coming to us

If we get Rooney we will be favourites for the league and also be guranteed a genuine crack at the CL. The best player available on the market today and will improve us more than a Cavani or Falcao.
