Chelsea bound isn't he? I don't think you'll find a more ruthless City fan than me in terms of signing players, and even I struggle to get my head around Rooney in a City top.

I don't see why people get so ate up about an almost impossibility.

United WOULD NOT sell to us, period. That's without going into Rooney coming here whilst receiving threats by disgruntled fans.

Chelsea faves, Arsenal second but even they will struggle unless Kroenke sell to Usmanov.
