Its simple......The Rags are leaking misinformation to get Rooney`s head turned. As it stands its £22 million offered.....that means after the lotyalty bonus that would be due to Wazza its going to be around a net £15 million, which wouldn`t get them a replacement. The Rags want him to put in a transfer request so that the net figure becomes £22 million. In effect what the Rags are doing is sending a message to Rooney....if you want to go, put in a transfer request.[/que]
