I recall RSC starting against Sunderland and quipping to the Bloke next to me that Hughes was determined to prove everyone wrong before he inevitably got the push! Little did I know what would happen after the match...

It's not that... I'd heard in terms of having a conversation with a Cabbie about it, been told inside the ground etc - but something somewhere told me it was just more speculation as had already been spread. I simply couldn't believe City could behave in such a classless manner like when Tottenham sacked Martin Jol. And Garry Cook was ridiculing cancer sufferers all along.
