Glad you mentioned `The Whalley`, my ex Mrs broke down twice, once outside `The Whalley` and once outside the `The Flemish Weaver`, both around chucking out time, got to the point ( outside The Whalley) where I was thinking `f*ck this, I`ll leave the car here and take the kids home`, it`s one thing giving people sh1t when they`re on their own, but when they knows there`s three young kids in there, that`s a different matter entirely ( and no there was nobody I could get to mind the kids at 12 midnight on a Saturday).
Only other place I felt a bit iffy in was one on a side street in Llandudno, turned out to be a Scousers pub, as soon as I opened my mouth and ordered, the pub went quiet and and all bar one or two just stood there staring at me lmao, sure you can picture the scene, never drank a pint of cider so fast in my life.
