Hugely under-rated imo, he's an excellent organiser of teams. He's had varying degress of success managing right across Europe- Finland, Sweden, the Swiss national side, and two spells at Inter Milan.

The man turned down a big bucks, senior role at Inter last year to stay on with Fulham.
