RSC Anderlecht Thread - 2022/23

7 points from the opening 3 games, good start! Looks like you've found yourself a striker too @RSC Anderlecht Huisstijl

Good start by newly promoted USG as well. I believe they're owned by Tony Bloom - the Brighton owner. Has he pumped a bit of money in?

They've got a cracking stadium by the looks of it.

Four wins on the bounce (two league and two Europa Conference). Things are looking up.

Looks like they’ve switched to a back 4 and Harwood-Bellis has lost his place, which is a bit of a shame.

FFS. He was sent there to learn under Kompany and you want the loan termintated because he's played 90 minutes in 4 out of their 6 matches so far this season.

If he has lost his place....irrespective of Vinny, how do you think sitting in the stands week in week out is going to benefit him?

If he has lost his place then he needs to work with Vinny to improve and get back in the team.

If he's not desperately fighting against the other CB's in the squad to get into the team, he's not really preparing himself for life at a top club.

Hopefully so,but we have seen it before where our players have gone to clubs and suffered as a result of not being played.
He clearly has the talent to play in that team/league as he impressed in a far tougher league last season, and probably where he should have been loaned again this.

People on here think our loanees have a divine right to play for some odd reason. If they are good enough they will start, perhaps going from City to some other club with facilities and wages no where near what they are used to shocks them to the core but it is on the player to sort themselves out and get into the team. Anyone playing just because they came from City isn't going to get very far.
