RSC wants out

It has been reported in the press today. I haven't got a problem with him wanting to leave or his lack of goals/games. What i do have a problem with is his little speech about how unhappy Tevez is and how Tevez will do anything to get away from City.
Sorry Rocky but you had your chance, it didn't work. Please go gracefully.

Absolutely this.

What is he trying to achieve by saying this to the press?

I remember slating his signing when it first happened
He wasn't a striker, he was Mark Hughes's mate
It was never ever going to work
Goodbye and good riddance Crocky

Some comments on here are a joke he's spoken about as if he was more hated then Robinho (who slagged our club off) Roque has done nothing but get his head down maintain a stable level of fitness and has nothing but good things to say about the clubs progression, yet STILL gets slagged off rotten by number of fans, I recall a certain Bojinov being injured for 2 years straight and still fans were gutted when he left (considering he did fuck all at Parma on loan).

If Tevez had of been injured for a season and came back for a few games playing shit people would say "he needs more match fitness" "give him more time" but the same people single out players like Roque it wasn't his fault he was bought for £18M it wasn't his fault he got offered the wages he is on.

Thanks for the hard work Roque am gutted it didn't work out for you.

Its not the fact he wants to go for more games that is the problem, it's the fact that when they want to leave they ALL have to have a dig at CITY.
With regards to his injuries he was injured when we signed him and has had numerous injuries since. If he hasn't played then one can only presume that he has picked up injuries in training. Hardly a positive thing for a pro.
Also, it seems to me that since our good fortune there have been City fans on here bending over backwards to be humble so as not to apear arrogant to other clubs.
I HAVE NO INTEREST IN OTHER CLUBS OR THE VIEWS OF THEIR FANS. I COULDN'T CARE LESS IF THEY THINK CITY ARE NOW ARROGANT.
I went to my first match in 1969 and I am 45 now, i like others have had years and years of shit of rags, scousers, cockneys, georgies about how shit our club is. The laughing stock we were called. Pundits plauded City fans with their optimism and blind faith. Patronised beyond belief.
Well stuff the lot of them, I pay my money I am part of City I have invested time money and effort, shedded tears literally. How many players can honestly say the same? Very few, so I am not going to get sentimental over a highly paid footballer, if they want to go then good bye, jog on, because they are not the club, I am and you are. I am going to enjoy everybit of this chapter in the clubs history and so should you all. Stop eating humble pie, start ramming it down the oppositions throats.
Rant over :)

Not at all fella the reason am genuinely sorry for the lad is that he was bough in with big money so a lot more was expected I don't think Jô has done a great deal more then what Roque has done. I do occasionally have the odd bad thing to say about a player I'm not making it out like I have something positive to say all the time, but a great deal of comments I read about Roque makes me think if we had fans similar to United we would of had them down at Roques house with a banner saying "Don't leave City and your dead".

With the Tevez statement yes he was bang out of order but something is going on there look back against Newcastle when Tevez scored and ran to Rouqe, rumours say he was congratulating Roque on his new born child all I'm saying is who knows.

RSC has played the first card via the press.

Then he commented on another player and his situation which is naughty.

The next thing will be that he expects to choose his destination, and then perhaps City should help out with wages.

Next will be an attack on how City are bad for his career, global peace or the environment.

The plan will be to get HIM the best deal for HIM.

However you dress up his great attitude it will end in tears.

Fair does mate, it's just the comments that players keep making that annoy me. Regards to him a Tevez, maybe it's because they both speak Spanish as their native tongue.

I dont understand how coming out telling the press he wants to leave will help anything. If he wants to leave then tell Mancini and Cook, dont go running to press bitching about it.

If he thought he wasnt getting enough game time before, he definitely wont be getting any now.... Unless bobby plays him to try and build up interest?

totally agree pal, I think players that fail to perform and get sold should just accept the fact they aren't what will take this club further. For instance I love Bellamy and his work rate but what he said about the manager is completely out of order, Players when sold/loaned/released should just keep their mouths shut and get on with their new club.
