The blame does lie with Hughes and his perverse and at times, worrying fixation and stalking of him and also for whoever decided to sanction the deal.
It played a major part in Hughes demise for me and rightly so...one of if not, the biggest transfer fook up of all times.
Any money he is at Fulham come January and that will say it all.
