Tbh, I think the nicknames range in quality from shit to quite good. For example, “Family Man” is so appropriate and even amused some rags - sorry United fans - on their forum.

I can't say I find it pathetic or cringey(and I have a low cringe threshold) but some do over use them and go over the top with making new ones, there's a time and a place to get the odd jibe in, like if you're having a rant about a particular club for instance.

Having thought about it I pretty much only use the word rags on here, as "United" seems a more offensive word for most and I'd say rags is the most used term for them by most blue mooners from what I've observed.
