Embarrassed to say i had never even heard of this Guy until i saw us linked with him on Twitter.

Only time will tell if this was a good thing,or bad thing.

Right now i only want to believe we have been super savvy,he was our only target and the rest of the links with other players were just Chaff.

Maybe Dias wasn't available before Benfica's unexpected loss from PAOK. Suddenly he was available for 60m, we've scouted him for many months and decided that at that price he is the best option.

So it's not like he was 4th choice but that he became available unexpectedly. Makes sense.

He’s in for a big shock going from a farmers league to the PL.

I’ll support him when he’s a blue but having watched him a few times I’m genuinely shocked we’ve bought him when it’s clear he was 4th choice at best. Seems we have simply gone for the cheapest option.

Just feels so underwhelming going from KK/Kounde/Gimenez to this guy. What started out as a really exciting window has ended with me thoroughly deflated.
