Refs have been bloody awful at this world cup, far too much gets missed at the breakdown.
It's a cheats charter and do as you please upfront, coming in from the side, off your feet, clearing out, neck rolls etc etc are rarely penalised.
Refs decide on who wins most games by their interpretation of the laws of the game, something has to change, it's all too messy.
