This is the way it's being called on RTE but the French player was'nt injured,world cup semi surely a yellow should have been given.
has nothing to do with whether the player is injured or not and I'd be surprised if itv are calling it any differently. Anyone who's played rugby or actually follows the game shouldn't be surprised by the decision. It's the exact same as a footballer being sent off for lunging in two footed/studs up.
