You don't fancy the triple 100 then? Run 100 miles and drink 100 pints of beer in 100 hours. Get some ale down thee neck and I think you'll smash it....Tell me about it, had my first drink since new year on sunday, think Ive somehow cracked a rib.
Just tried an easy four miler with it, was like doing four miles with the stitch from hell.
Running and beer dont mix, or more to the point running me and beer dont mix
Get some bill training in, my PB was the Congleton half about 4 years ago, it’s a hilly course so I trained on hills and managed a 1:40 next closest is 1:45 when I do not train hills later the same year. But yes some of the times are brilliant well done allCheers BH.
I was never really going to trouble the engravers on this one. My PB would have only elevated me 1 position. Some seriously good times at the top of the list.
I'm planning on doing the Warrington HM in September if it happens. Target time will be 1:45 - 1:50. Just need to sew my mouth up a few months before.

The format might be simple - winning this race is anything but. Big Dog's Backyard Ultra is an unusually punishing challenge.www.bbc.co.uk
