    First run since injury. Just 3 or 4K to get in the swing of things.

    Just the small matter of open heart surgery mate! It worked and I'm in better shape than ever now.

    Well done! I did it in 1.50, shaved 15 MINUTES of last years time!

    2'12 for me. Loved it! First half marathon for 12 years. Warmth of spectators on such a dismal day really made it special!

    Great experience that today. I got 1 hour 48 which I’m chuffed about for my 1st one.

    Well done mate. Perfect conditions I think, everyone I know got a PB this time.
     
  8. Also got a PB of 1 hour 54 yesterday and enjoyed it a lot more than the three other half marathons I have done previously!
