i wanna try a dry 2025, which actually i am capable :))) I often go without drinking alcohol for 2-3 months, as an alcoholic. But after races, especially if I run well, I definitely end up drinking in the social atmosphere.I'm up to running four times a week, aiming for 200k in January. I'm doing the Malta marathon in February. My training is a little behind schedule, need to get rid of a cold and about a stone in weight. Dry January starts today..
i was using polar rs800 since 2014, which i still do. great watch.Morden parkrun this morning. Cold but not as bad as I expected. Forgot to stop watch and starva says 35.54. I'm expecting official time of about 34 mins. My first run since 25/11 and 2nd in over months so happy to get round. 3rd in ages group and official time of 33.53
Probably weak GPS signali was using polar rs800 since 2014, which i still do. great watch.
I used to upload my workouts to the Polar Flow site. However, Polar discontinued support for older watches in recent years. This past August, I got a new Polar Vantage. When my workouts started syncing to Polar Flow again, they also began syncing automatically to my Strava which i was not using.
Anyway, all my workouts are showing up incorrectly on Strava. I don't use it much, but I'm curious about the reason. Do you know why this might be happening?"
When I upload to Polar Flow after getting home, my results appear correct. Polar Flow then sends the data to Strava, and the results look incorrect on Strava. It just seems odd to me. So, i think there's no issue with the GPS signal... Anyway, I already use Polar Flow. Thanks!Probably weak GPS signal
