Any advise for when I hit the wall at mile 18 ish ?
Try not to hit the wall by taking on regular energy - gels are good if you can stomach them, but try them out beforehand.
If you do hit the wall, try to keep moving, however slowly. It's hard to get going again if you stop completely.
